Ecactly WHAT is YOUR impression of Customer Service in general in South Africa, and Cape Town in particular?

1. It SUCKS! People couldn't care less in stores, rrestaurants, banks (grrr), airlines and tours.
2. Weeeeelllll...it's CERTAINLY not USA standard, or even anything to write home about, but HEY! This Is Africa - what do you expect?
3. Hmmmm....it's neither AMAZING nor SHOCKING. It's just mediocre.
4. I am beginning to think that although they are not the BEST I have ever experienced, they are not TOO bad!
5. It is the BEST I have EVER been subjected to ANYWHERE in the world!
