I just bought/refinanced in the last 18 months, no point.
I have been meaning too, just haven't had time.
I'm a hobbit, hobbits don't have mortgages.
I'm a renter and I can't afford to buy right now.
Bad experience with a lender last time, I'll just stay as is.
