Freshness and true flavor of drinks (not so fresh)
Location (too far from my usual routes)
Location (parking is not great)
Range of beer (not so good, particular style underrepresented)
Prices (not so affordable)
Range of cider (not so good)
Range of bottles and sizes (could do with more sizes / material choices)
Service (lacking in courtesy, knowledge, recommendations)
Free samples (small, not enough I want a pint!)
Instore events (dull, not engaging, more variety needed)
Speed of Service (wait time is long)
Inability to order online
Kegs running out before I get to come in
Generally making it easier to get the beer. Ie. How about a Friday delivery run for all orders made before Thursday at 12pm. Have pre-paid credit or monthly option payment and have the beer delivered to a CBD locations
Closing times, open later until 10pm at least
No space to sit and try the beers in person
Freshness is no fault of yours. I hope you can make the customer more aware of this, as distributors and Brewers need to improve on this for you.
