2) stretch yoga - easy going poses to promote flexibility and mindfulness

4) kids yoga - introducing yoga to children, relaxing, distressing, teaching standing up for yourself and trusting yourself. Kids language and lots of stories used. Length 30 minutes. Ages 7-12
