All universities and colleges must begin and close admissions during a common time period
No institute must hold the certificates of students for more than 48 hours.
Fee must be collected only for one semester at a time
No collateral must be requested for Education Loan up to 8 lakhs.
No bank must be allowed to charge an EMI more than 40% of the salary earned for student loans
No special quotas or reservations in privately funded institutions.
Students must be allowed to move from one institution to another without any difficulty before the beginning of classes.
Credit/Marks obtained transfer must be applicable to all institutions for the same degree.
All forms of education from certificates to Doctoral degrees must have some form or approval and accreditation
Joint degrees/dual degrees/semester aboard must be freely allowed.
Minority and majority institutions must be treated on par
There should be no upper limit on seats in a good school
