Is it better to abstain from voting on that which you know nothing about than to follow your leader?

Do the individual states have a moral and lawful responsibility to provide a check on the federal government when the federal government exceeds its delegated LIMITED authority defined in our federal constitution and Bill of Rights.

Are the states instruments of the federal government existing primarily to enforce federal laws & policies or is the federal government an instrument of the states in existence primarily to ensure the peace and safety of the country?

Should vegetables/fruit, herbs and spices be taxed?
