If and when you replace the toilet paper roll in the restroom how do you position the roll?

Overhand: Roll starts on the front part of the roll closest to the toilet.
Don't even think about it: I just put it on and am completely oblivious to how the roll is set up.
Underhand: Roll starts on the back part of the roll closest to the wall.
