How should Congress handle the Equal Rights Amendment to end sex discrimination?

A. Require ERA to start all-over-again for passage in 38 states.
B. Remove any time limit on ERA, so last 3 states can pass amendment.
C. Do nothing and keep women and girls as 2nd class citizens in the US.
