Do you idle your car to warm it up and if so, for how long?

Nope, I just start it and drive, giddyup!
Just for a minute or two so the engine settles out and then the game is ON!
I like my car starting to warm up, so it runs for at least for 5 minutes.
I use no less than $10 of fuel every morning - I never get a cold car!
