How should Vanguard utilize THE COVE?

A hangout place for VU students (commuters too!) to relax and have fun between, before, or after classes. I want a warm, community atmosphere!
A 24/7 study room. Sometimes I need peace and quiet, especially after hours when the library is closed.
A combination of both: people are free to study, but others may be loud and hang out with their friends at the same time.
