How has the rise in VAT affected your spending behaviour?

I am already struggling with money and am worried about rising costs

I expect to end up spending more in total

I am hoping to cut down on my spending to adjust to the rise

I want to adjust my spending following the rise but think that I will and up spending more or the same in total

I am not expecting to adjust my spending
