State College, PA - good $$ and people, but small town where we know no one
Bremerton, WA - least $$ and furthest away, but best overall lifestyle
Baltimore, MD - biggest city, but least $$ and high cost of living
Springfield, OH - most $$, wouldn't have to move, but job situation is non-optimal
