How effect is your brand's main marketing agency?

I have a rockstar agency. I sleep well at night while they make me look good.

My agency is good, but I sometimes feel like I have to be Big Brother.

I must admit, my agency is not the greatest. Every once in a while they get lucky, but not often enough.

An agency? Are you kidding? I end up doing everything myself.
