Should I (A) volunteer to go to Afghanistan with the 101st AirBorne 10months after I get back from my current tour or (B) try and go to Ft. Knox, KY, dodge deployments for a year or two and take a little time to work on my personal life...?

A-Go to Afghanistan, get paid a ton more money for another year, and get my E-6 faster
B) Try to spend a few years near my house, chill out with the family for a few years and work on the whole long-term relationship thing which being deployed likes to ruin....
