a) How the Personality Test demonstrate that it does deliver the benefits and brings more efficiency and profit in work
b) How it can be used to develop people, create better awareness of one and others benefitting as a whole
c) the person delivering the Personality Test to you must be competent and the Test must have an established background, proven and tested
d) Credentials must be available and valid for both the Test and the person delivering the Test. Not only that, the facilitator must be friendly and nice
