My neighbor has not cut the huge branch off the roof of her house from the big ice storm. A large portion of the branch is hanging over the fence to my yard. What should I do?

Nothing, knowing if I cut the branch, the rest of the branch on her side will fall and possibly damage her house.
Say "fuck it" and cut the branch, clearing my yard, but possibly wrecking her garage.
Call the town on her.
Set the branch on fire with Coleman Fuel.
