Absolutely - intoxication makes guys look "cool" or, at worst, pathetic, but drunken girls are a capital, unforgivable disgrace.
Yes - it's not a pretty sight for either, but girls look worse because...
No - they are both equally cool/funny/pathetic/unbearable/boring.
No - "what a man's gotta do"... a girl is absolutely entitled to do too!!!
