Do you know how the $8,000 tax credit/refund for buying a home works?

A.) Of course I do. I was the one that sent Congress a facebook message telling them to do it!
B.) This is the amount my net worth will be worth after I take out a home equity loan and invest it in the stock market.
C.) You mean I could stand to actually benefit and receive some of the Stimulus that I've heard went somewhere into the economy? I'm pleasantly surprised though I still think the Stimulus is not cool.
D.) My savings strategy of burying my money in the backyard unfortunately doesn't fall under this umbrella. Dang it! Left out again.
