Extremely concerned, my home/office is very close to an area with high incidence of the disease
Very concerned, my home/office is not close to an area with high incidence of the disease but it may only be a matter of time.
A little concerned, my home/office is nowhere near areas where the disease has been reported and it will take a long time for the disease to reach here.
Not concerned, there is very little chance that the disease will spread to where I and my family live and work/study.
