How come peolpe don´t like to talk like a easy going person when they talk to the doctor?

A. Actually, the doctor is not an easy going person,
B. I never go to the doctor, I´m a healthy person. :)
C. I really like to talk with the doctor. Actually, I talk everything I want to tell to him.
D.I don´t care. I only go to him to take some medicines. That´s it.
