How is the Housing Market where you live doing these days?

It is not bad, there are no rental signs or Bank Foreclosure signs
It is not that bad, some people vanished in our neighborhood
It is getting kind of nasty, lots of lock boxes and people leaving
Every third house is up for sale and prices are plummeting
I just moved into an apartment because I lost my home due to foreclosure
