In 2009, we have had at least 12 trainers come to our gym seeking employment. However after participating in or watching a training session, they do not return. Why do you think this is happening?

Our workouts are too intense.
Our workouts are just too easy.
They misplaced their directions to the gym.
Our clients scare them off.
