Say you were born and raised in FL. You have lived in TN for 15 years. You are married with two children 12 and 8. Have a small close knit group of friends, good paying job, in general happy with your life. You now have the opportunity to move back to FL

Accept the offer even if it's a little less money.
Only accept the offer if the wages match.
Respect your significant others wishes and decline.
Wouldn't want to be in my shoes :)
