Prat about doing warm and cuddly community cuddling, with surveys and mystery shopping.
Put out a press release saying we are absolutely wonderful.
Hold an open day at your police station and let the kiddies climb in and out of police vehicles.
Have another meeting, preferably with tea and biscuits, then go and shout at your staff.
Kick in doors and lock up villains.
