If triplicate NO2 diffusion tubes are to be co-located for bias adjustment, should triplicate tubes also be used as default in the field?

Yes (by default)
Yes (if budgets allow)
No (inter-tube variation is a myth!)
Triplicate tubes aren't enough to account for the variation anyway
