No - it's too Big Brother.
Yes - it's time someone sorted out some of the useless parkers.
No - it's just another intrusive way for the council to make money.
No - it'll cost too much to monitor them.
Yes - it'll make the streets safer.
Yes - it'll help the council in tight financial times.
