it's 8:05 am, there is one cup of [flavored] coffee left in the pot, you sniff and can tell it isn't your favorite flavor. Also, 'kitchen policy" is to keep the pot full. With more than one kind of coffee available, do you:

1) make the flavor you like, even though you won't get to drink any of it, BUT it will show to the office coffee buyer that this flavor is popular
2) make the flavor you don't like, on the grounds that it will eliminate this batch faster and ensure that later batches will be the flavor you like
3) pour the cup in the pot down the drain, make a batch of the flavor you DO like, and wait for it to finish so you can get the "first fresh cup"
