Yes- He is a smart guy who knows the issues and Is not in it to make money.
No- But- He is a smart guy because he makes money by playing the cynic card to ruffle republicans feathers
Maybe- he is half valid and half cynical
No- he is not smart and believes everything he says no matter if he earns less money or more money
