Negotiate rent and stay where you are. You have too much crap to pack, too little time and you know no one will help.
Find a place in the same neighborhood, still close to work that's cheaper, lower electric bills and cooler neighbors. You need a change.
Move back down to Lower Greenville/Lakewood/M Streets area. Girl, you know that's your home and where you really need to be.
