What should be my immediate goal?

A -Find a Job in Atlanta, make some money, keep raising my brother, and forget about my dream of working in international development until later.
B- Find an entry job abroad working in international development.
C- Leave everything behind in December( I should have about 3k saved up by then) to volunteer in the Ukraine or Russia before I leave for the Peace Corps (where I would work as a NGO Development Specialist) in April.
D-Work a dead end job in Atlanta until I leave to work as a a NGO Development Specialist for the Peace Corps in April. (I should have about 10k saved up by then)
