Saudi E-Business is so weak, specially at soft/hard retail ,services and content, although we have a very high rate of users in ME, what you belive is the strongest reasons for that ( Please cooperate )

Obsession of free materials ( software, mp3's and movies are pirated )
Weakness of online security ( fear of hackers )
Payment methods ( banks doesn't have internet merchant accounts )
Lak of cash ( poeple don't have enough to spend online )
unworthy content and services provided ( frauds and lies )
unreasonable prices ( not worth the cash exchange )
