What's your opinion of Ohio drivers with 'CHOC' stickers on their vehicles?

They simply can't drive worth a damn. Revoke their licenses!
I just hate the tasteless sticker. Seriously, it bothers me.
I mind my business when driving. I also drive 5mph under the limit.
