What do you think about unrestrained dogs riding inside cars?

It's okay as long as the car is moving slower than 40mph.
It's okay as long as the dog's head is not outside the window.
It depends, sometimes it's okay not to buckle them in.
Dog's should always be restrained in a moving vehicle.
