YES: The market is rebounding, interest rates are low and I want to take advantage of the Homebuyer Tax credit.
YES: I understand that the inventory is diminishing, median price is rising and now is the time to pull the trigger before I've missed the market bottom.
YES: Prices in the Coachella Valley are back to a fraction of prices in areas from which residents move here. I want my second home while I can get it!
No: I'd rather wait and pay higher prices for the same property (rather than negotiate now) after confirmation that the market has moved from rock bottom.
