Please help to vote/comments on what u think of the main reasons for ineffectiveness of 3R : Recycle Reduse Reuse ?

1) Lack of information about 3R?
2) No properInfrastructure in rural or urban areas?
3) Less bins?
4) Don't know much about it?
5) Still need to learn about 3R?
6) I have no interest?
7) I like but none of the people around me like and practice 3R, so i don't want to practice 3R?
8) The PBT/Government should do something about it.
9) I just have to change myself even I was not aware and never practice 3R
10) I put aside papers and plastics but not sure where to put and no one come and collect.
