Amazing! I got the upgrade I want and the room was fantastic.
Good! The upgrade is simply a click away.
Not bad! The room was ok, but I had expected a better one.
Disappointed! It's all full upon checked-in and I got nothing.
Furious! I got totally confused with the whole process.
