Lower ownership cost, because less energy is necessary for heating and cooling
Smart investment, as it’s assumed that these energy efficient appliances will increase the home’s value when it comes time to sell
Less impact on the environment, because homes’ energy comes from the burning of fossil fuels which contributes to smog and acid rain
