Your friend is inconsiderate because if he's online and "available" then he should reply in a timely manner.
You are inconsiderate for continually bothering someone who is obviously too busy to chat with you.
Your friend is inconsiderate because he clearly doesn't want to speak to you and is being passive-aggressive about it.
You are inconsiderate because you should have gotten the clue that he doesn't want to speak to you.
