What could be modified about a preformance permit for the APHA Solid Horses?

Keep it the way the appaloosas have it (as long as you have one paint parent, your elidgable for the permit)

Make it only avaliable to Solid Horses that have both Paint Parents

Each horse has to earn X number of points

Each horse has to obtain X number of points then maintain Y number of points for each consecutive year

Each horse has to obtain X number of points then maintain Y number of points for Z years

Each horse must obtain an ROM
