Pay the full amount and claim Immediately through eftpos
To pay the gap, and mail the medicare rebate cheque to the doctor
To only pay the gap
Pay the full amount and go to the medicare office with my receipts
Pay the full amount and have the rebate paid automatically into my nominated bank account.
