How Are You Beating The Literal or Figurative Heat with so much work?

I'm choosing one task and focusing solely on it until it is complete ... all in an air conditioned environment.

I don't mind a little sweat, I'm writing three sets of essays simultaneously while sitting in direct sunlight.

I'm taking a break from doing any thing other than lying very still.

I live in the North Pole, it's still pretty cold here.
