Question: Which one of the following is NOT breaking any copyright laws?

I could paint a picture of Elvis from a photograph and sell it in Vegas. People do it all the time besides, he's dead so it's alright.

I could remake that Gucci dress i liked with a V-neck and sell it online with my own label. No one would complain. Mine would be much cheaper anyway.

I could touch up that national geographic photographic with some brighter greens and sell it from my art gallery. If I change the colors enough it becomes my own work of art.
