How did you get to your level of speaking English?

By speaking with my classmates and our English teacher at school.
By speaking in a classroom and also to tourists in my country.
Mainly by making native speaker friends and communicating with them.
Combination of classroom, non-natives and natives.
I get very little speaking practise inside or outside of school.
I am a native speaker so.... :)
