Is it acceptable to send a wine back at a restaurant that sells by the glass? Many argue it is, since the restaurant can sell what’s left in the bottle to other patrons. What’s the proper etiquette here?

Never send it back. It was my choice, so I’ll just deal with it
Send it back, but only if they sell by the glass
