What should the price point (per person) be for our 20-Year Reunion?

$5-$10, Just cover the cost of a location, I'll buy my own food and drinks.
$10-$20, Add a few hors d'oeuvres to that, and I'm happy.
$20-$40, I'd like to have a meal, but I'll still buy my own drinks.
$40-$60, Let's have hors d'oeuvres, dinner and a limited number of drinks.
$60-$80, I want to go all out with an open bar.
