No. Decriminalisation will encourage more women to engage in sex work.
Perhaps. There is a danger that decriminalisation will not protect sex workers. It could be a gift to pimps that will provide legal pleasure for 'sex-buying men'.
Yes - sex workers will be more safe if they have the means to report any exploitation or abuse by clients, brothel-owners or pimps.
