Should membership be free?

a) Always free. The advantage of free membership is that more people will join.
Minimal fee. e.g. 10,000 won. It gives us money but then we need a bank account and a treasurer. Note that the Japan ER Association (JERA) is 12,000 yen per year (about $100US). I don;t know what they use the money for.
Free for now and maybe add a fee later as needed
