Dissolve the District
Build two schools. One in each town.
Build one new school in Trenton
Build one new school in Culbertson
Put K-12 school in Trenton. Update the current buildings to code
Put K-12 school in Culbertson. Update the current buildings to code
Build one K-12 school in-between the two towns.
