To my PR/ad/marketing agency peeps: On a scale of 1-5, how internally collaborative is your agency from a technology perspective? (includes intra/interoffice view)

1 - The least collaborative of them all/ behind in the times
2 - We straight up email and do conf calls
3 - I don't know/care
4 - Somewhat collaborative (IM, conf calls, email)
5 - The most collaborative of them all (we use advanced tools other than IM, conf calls, email)
