If an individual is caught trying to hide evidence of their own wrong doing there could be prison time. Where do you stand on WikiLeaks which exposes behavior previously kepts secret by our government that might not be flattering?

WikiLeaks are fine. I want as much transparency in government as possible.
Government secrecy is ok because our government is incapable of wrongdoing and owes us no explanation.
